The company have successfully secured the construction of the A580 Park & Ride Scheme, working on behalf of Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM). Works commenced at the beginning of March 2015 and will continue for approximately 40 weeks.
The scheme is worth £1.7m and makes up part of TfGM's improvements to transport links into Manchester City Centre (see link below for further information).
The Park & Ride site will have approximately 250 spaces and be located beneath the M60/M61 motorways and East Lancashire Road intersection. A new signalised junction will be introduced including pedestrian crossings.
